AlphaFold
A community for researchers using AlphaFold and related tools for protein structure prediction and analysis. AlphaFold’s breakthrough protein structure predictions — recognized by the 2024 Nobel Prize in Chemistry — rely on large-scale computation, including GPU-accelerated methods.

Regulated Research Community of Practice (RRCoP)
ASU leads the national Regulated Research Community of Practice (RRCoP). Our monthly community webinars help researchers from institutions across the country to use best practices for federally regulated research.
ASU Carpentry Instruction
The Carpentries is a global community teaching foundational computational and data science skills to researchers in academia, industry and government. Join the community of fellow Carpentry-certified instructors and helpers at ASU in providing hands-on technical workshops on teaching Python, R and more to ASU’s faculty, research support staff and students. Research Data Management Community of Practice (RDMCoP)
The Knowledge Enterprise and ASU Library partnership has established a working group that brings together ASU staff, faculty and students to exchange best practices for research data management. Communicating research data management standards using ASU resources improves research reproducibility, transparency, usability and impact.
