Research Computing Service
Get free access to ASU supercomputers. Purchase virtual machines, faculty-owned hardware or storage. Request supercomputer accounts for an ASU course. Request a demo of LLM applications (e.g. Falcon LlaMa, Alpaca, MPT, etc.). Request a consultation with the Computational Research Accelerator to learn how to accelerate your computational workflows.
Research Data Management
Request assistance with preparing data management plans. Discuss general data management needs. Evaluate storage options for all stages of the research data lifecycle. Learn how to publish data in appropriate repositories. Request a consultation.
Regulated Research Services
Purchase services in the KE Secure Cloud environment for regulated data up to HIPAA-level security. Request a consultation on research cybersecurity and compliance. Learn about services that meet data security requirements in Data Use Agreements.

Enterprise Research Administration (ERA) System

ASU AI Research Acceleration (AIR) Platform request
Request computational services for the AIR Platform. Services can include virtual machines, server colocation and data storage. The AIR Platform request form is accessible to ASU faculty, staff and affiliates. If you are not an affiliate, see the entry under “Courtesy affiliates, students and external customers.”
Knowledge Enterprise (KE) – Departmental Service Requests
The Research Technology Office provides support to multiple Knowledge Enterprise departments across ASU. Our services include the Research Technology Support (RTS) help desk, web services, SharePoint/Teams, automation and more. Our teams provide customer-focused technology solutions in support of advancing the strategic mission of the Knowledge Enterprise. Research Technology Support (RTS)
Request deskside support for workstations and AV equipment. Purchase new equipment such as laptops, desktops, or printers. Request software (example: Microsoft Office). Initiate a Vendor IT Security Assessment for new software and technology. Request general IT support.
Knowledge Enterprise Web Services
Request website consultation, training on an existing KE website, or application development support for a KE department or initiative. Web services excels in delivering comprehensive website and web application solutions.
Knowledge Enterprise SharePoint/Teams
Request SharePoint solutions to bolster collaboration and information management, ensuring secure, efficient operations aligned with the strategic goals of Knowledge Enterprise.
Knowledge Enterprise Automations
Request support to improve process efficiency for your team and across the Knowledge Enterprise with expert business process management and automation, enhancing productivity and fostering a cohesive technological business automation environment.
Knowledge Enterprise Data Warehouse
The KE Data Warehouse combines ASU data (financial, human resources, academic systems) with internal and external research administrative data. Request access to the data or request reporting from the KE Analytics team.
Courtesy Affiliates, Students and Non-ASU Individuals
If you are a student who is not employed by ASU, a non-ASU individual with a “Courtesy Affiliate” account, or an external partner or customer without an ASU account who cannot access our research service catalog and ticketing system directly, we invite you to use one of the forms below to request help. By submitting one of the forms below, your request for help will be routed to the appropriate service team. Individuals who do have direct access to our research service catalog are encouraged to submit requests directly in our catalog for faster service.
Help with ASU supercomputers, AI Research Acceleration (AIR) Platform, other ASU-affiliate resources
Certain services and request forms are only accessible to ASU affiliates. If you need help requesting access to ASU supercomputers, an AIR Platform consultation or other services, please use our general help request form. Describe what you need, and an RTO affiliate will reach out to you to assist.
