Research Utilizing Medicare and Medicaid Data

What does this mean for researchers? When a request for data is submitted to ResDAC, the requestor is not required to submit a separate Data Management Plan (DMP) if they intend to use the ASRE environment for the analysis of the data. 

The Research Data Assistance Center is a CMS contractor that provides assistance to researchers interested in CMS data. As a CMS contractor, ResDAC provides assistance to academic, non-profit, for-profit, and government researchers.
